Important Information for MDS Coordinators

MDS UPDATES:

Please forward this information to your MDS Coordinator!
Effective Tuesday, May 5, 2009, in order to transmit MDS, your facility
will have to have an individual register for a personal ID (password).
They will be prompted to register when they log in to the CMS Welcome
Page for MDS transmission. Attached are a set of instructions and a
power point that will step this individual through the process.  If
further questions arise, please contact Joan Brundick at 573-751-6308 or
joan.brundick at dhss.mo.gov
